Entering his twentieth year as a Mortgage Banker, Allan Urman is a leader in originating creative & custom-designed, residential financing solutions anywhere in Florida. After spending the first three years of his career learning the business while working in high-volume production call centers such as Quicken Loans, Allan decided on pursuing a more personalized and “hands-on” approach in the mortgage industry by working directly with clients and Realtors, early in the home-buying process, as an “in-house” real estate-affiliated lender, most recently with Supreme Lending. Working directly with Realtors, and being immersed in their day-to-day activities, allowed Allan the opportunity to understand the needs of his clients and Realtor partners, all while developing an expertise in managing all the challenges that can be inherent to closing purchase transactions.

When not closing deals, Allan loves to play music. He can juggle between playing guitar, bass, keyboards, and vocals and can often be found playing with his band in some local music venues around town.
